WEEKLY OFFERING- Coming into Rhythm with Nature: the Medicine of Spring

With mindful attention we can prepare the gardens of our lives to flourish and grow with the waters, the warmth, the light, and the energy that will grace us in the coming seasons. Is there anything you wish to grow and cultivate in your life? For those who would like to carve out some space each week to drop in and deliberately choose what seeds you want to plant in your garden this year, to be supported in a spring cleaning, and then to plant those seeds, to nurture them, and maintain the garden they are growing in, then you are in the right place. We will tend to these things here each Monday of the spring season (March 25-June 17) from 9:15-10:00 am MDT for a short yoga nidra practice accompanied by a song and a little food for thought intended to harness the medicine of the season and be in rhythm with nature. And for those in the southern hemisphere who feel called to join, please do! The wisdom of the springtime, the earth, the waters, seed planting, and all that comes with these elements is applicable in each moon cycle and each daily cycle as well. Recommended donation $10-$20 per session. If money is an obstacle, you are still welcome to come as you are. No questions asked.
