Finland January 2025

January 28-February 4, 2025 Jeremy, Ethan, and I will return to the Arctic Circle in Lapland, Finland to enjoy deep arctic winter rest, leaving the busyness of our usual lives far away and doing yoga nidra in one one of the most perfect settings we can think of for yoga nidra. Dark starry skies and snow-dusted trees make the perfect backdrop for northern lights. As usual, we will also immerse in the culture where we are going and will get to bring some special Arctic wisdom back home with us, as well as enjoy really fun outdoor and indoor adventures! There are truly no words for how amazing this was the first time around. If it calls you, then join us for round two.

Activites include:

- Meet and feed the reindeer

- Wild herb spa/sauna workshop

- Silent snowshoe / nature connection tour - (silent day)

- Sauna and ice cold plunge - Finnish meditation

- Dog sledding

- Aurora hunting

- Inari Village day. Siida museum and hand craft workshop with Sámi (learn about the culture and stories of these reindeer herders who were still nomadic until very recently)

- Local Sámi singer

- Daily yoga asana and yoga nidra

- Satsangs with Jeremy (discussing essential yogic teachings)

- Songs with Grace

Prices below include just about everything once you land at Ivalo airport: airport transport, 3 beyond gourmet traditional Finnish meals per day, incredible accommodations and activities for 7 nights/8 days, nature that's like a dream, the most fun you've had since you were a kid, and a fantastic photographer to capture this incredible experience that you will undoubtedly be flying high from for many years to come.

Pricing excludes: airfare, travel insurance, souvenirs, between meal snacks, and any other personal travel expenses.

Shared double room regular price $4,850 // early bird $4,650 until June 20, 2024!

A private forest suite is an additional $1,850 for one person or $2,250 split between two people. These suites include a private bathroom with sauna, living room with fireplace, kitchen, and lots of space to feel comfortable and unwind. There are a limited number of forest suites, and they will likely become booked far in advance so please confirm you want one as soon as possible by making a non-refundable payment of $1,850 in addition to your $1,000 deposit. 

Once you pay the deposit it is non-refundable.

All payments are non-refundable after the payment deadlines (this is one reason why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance). Payment deadlines: 1/2 of remaining balance due July 28, 2024, other 1/2 of remaining balance due October 28, 2024.
